Why does the Steakhouse St. Anton serve Austrian beef?
Whether the best steak comes from the USA or from Austria is a matter of debate. Austrian beef is less tender and has more structure, or as our chef puts it: more bite. With the right ageing and preparation, it can hold its own against any steak. And hand on heart: who wouldn't want to taste the quality of their holiday destination? You can get everything else anywhere.
